I simply asked her when my necklace would arrive only because I was so excited about it😁, and it was shipped over a holiday weekend so took a little longer which was no big deal but she threw in other lil jewelry goodies for me!!!!!! So unbelievably sweet and not necessary but she went above and beyond for me!!! I highly recommend her products and her customer service is out of this world!! 🙌🫶
